Can I add a logo, stars or a frame?
Yes. Choose a dot pattern, colors, frame and optional branding, then upload your own logo. Important QR patterns and a clear margin are preserved. Always scan your finished export before printing.
What is the difference between static and editable codes?
Static codes contain the content you entered. To change them, generate a new image. Editable website codes contain a permanent ToolMintly link whose destination you manage in your account.
What happens when a subscription ends?
Customer dynamic QR links pause when Whop membership access ends. Renewing can restore those links. Free static codes keep their embedded content and have no expiry set by ToolMintly.
How do payment QR types work?
Payment tabs encode a payment link or bank-issued payment data. They do not process a payment or confirm a recipient. Review details in the payment app. EPC codes use a standard black-and-white design for bank compatibility.
Where is my information stored?
Static QR content is generated locally in your browser. Saved dynamic codes store their destination, design and logo in your ToolMintly account. Scan statistics are aggregate redirect counts; hosting logs may contain visitor IP addresses.
